Section 9Z (further provisions about directions under section 9Y) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—

a

omit “or the PRA (“the regulator”)”;

b

for “regulator”, in the second place it occurs, substitute “ FCA ”.

In subsection (4), for “regulator to which it is given” substitute “ FCA ”.
