10Regulations
(1)
Regulations made under this Act by the Secretary of State are to be made by statutory instrument.
(2)
A statutory instrument containing any of the following regulations may not be made unless a draft of it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament—
(a)
regulations under section 4;
(b)
regulations under section 5.
(3)
Any other statutory instrument containing regulations made by the Secretary of State under this Act, except regulations containing only provision made under section 11, is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(4)
Regulations under this Act may make—
(a)
different provision for different purposes or cases;
(b)
incidental, supplementary or consequential provision;
(c)
transitional or transitory provision or savings.
