19 Secondary legislation: duty to review U.K.

In section 30 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (meaning of “provision for review” in section 28(2)(a) of that Act), in subsection (3)—

(a) after “must” insert “ so far as is reasonable ”, and

(b) omit third “the”.
