In section 132(5) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (ministerial power to make references to Competition and Markets Authority: meaning of “appropriate Minister”)—

a

omit the “or” after paragraph (a), and

b

after paragraph (b) insert—

c

the Scottish Ministers and the Secretary of State acting jointly; or

d

the Scottish Ministers, the Secretary of State and one or more than one other Minister of the Crown, acting jointly.
