35 (1) Section 18 (duty to consider proposals for exercise of powers under sections 15 and 17) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “a permitted authority” substitute “ an EPB ”;

(b) in paragraph (b), for “permitted authority” substitute “ EPB ”.

(3) In subsection (3), in paragraph (a), for “permitted authority” substitute “ EPB ”.
