SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Serious Crime Act 2007: Scotland

9 U.K. In section 8 (limited class of applicants for making of orders)—

(a) omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(aa) in the case of an order in Scotland, the Lord Advocate;”.
