34 Transfer of responsibility for local land charges to Land Registry U.K.

(1) Schedule 5 (transfer of responsibility for local land charges to Land Registry) has effect.

(2) In that Schedule—

(a) Part 1 amends the Local Land Charges Act 1975,

(b) Part 2 amends the Land Registration Act 2002,

(c) Part 3 amends other Acts, and

(d) Part 4 contains transitional provision.
