82 (1) Section 65 (powers and duties of highway authorities as to placing of traffic signs) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2), after “directions to” insert “ a strategic highways company or ”.

(3) In the heading, for “highway” substitute “ traffic ”.
