28Power to specify authorities: Welsh and Scottish authorities

The Secretary of State must consult the Welsh Ministers before making regulations under section 27(1) that—
a
add a Welsh authority to Schedule 6, or
b
amend or remove an entry that relates to a Welsh authority.
