13 Commencement U.K.

(1) The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—

• sections 9 to 12;

• this section;

• section 14.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Minister may by regulations appoint.

(3) Different days may be appointed for different purposes.
