PART 1 U.K.Loan relationships: amendments of Parts 5 and 6 of CTA 2009

38 U.K.In section 362 (parties becoming connected where creditor's rights subject to impairment adjustment etc), after subsection (5) insert—

“(6) Subsections (2) and (3) are subject to section 362A (corporate rescue: debt released shortly after connection arises).”
