7Confiscation of assets
(1)
Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (criminal lifestyle offences in England and Wales) is amended as follows.
(2)
After paragraph 3 insert—
“3ASlavery etc
An offence under section 1 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour).”
(3)
In paragraph 4 (people trafficking)—
(a)
omit sub-paragraphs (2) and (3);
(b)
at the end insert—
“(4)
An offence under section 2 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (human trafficking).”
