Schedule 5 contains minor and consequential amendments.

The Secretary of State may by regulations make whatever provision the Secretary of State thinks appropriate in consequence of this Act.

The provision which may be made by regulations under subsection (2) includes provision amending, repealing or revoking any provision of an Act or subordinate legislation (including an Act passed or subordinate legislation made in the same session as this Act).
