62 (1) Section 256A (nominee's report on debtor's proposal) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) At the end of subsection (3)(a) insert “ and ”.

(3) In subsection (3)(b)—

(a) for “a meeting of the debtor's creditors should be summoned to” substitute “ the debtor's creditors should ”;

(b) omit “, and”.

(4) Omit subsection (3)(c).
