316.This section gives effect to Schedule 15, which makes amendments to the powers of the Secretary of State in relation to further education corporations, sixth form college corporations, designated institutions and local authority maintained institutions. The Schedule also makes amendments relating to the transfer of property, rights and liabilities from local authorities to further education corporations and designated institutions.
