4 U.K. In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices)—

(a) omit the entry relating to the Service Complaints Commissioner, and

(b) at the appropriate place insert— “ Service Complaints Ombudsman. ”
