In section 76 (temporary bans on use)—
(a)
in subsection (1), for “by it” there is substituted “
by means of its supply system
”

(b)
after subsection (7) there is inserted—
“(8)
The reference in subsection (1) to the supply system of a water undertaker is to be construed in accordance with section 17B.”
