In section 27A (establishment of the Council and committees), in subsection (13), in the definition of “the interests of consumers”—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for “licensed water suppliers” there is substituted “ water supply licensees ”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “by sewerage undertakers” there is substituted “ either by sewerage undertakers or by sewerage licensees acting in their capacity as such ”.
