Section 195 (the Authority’s register) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—
a
in paragraph (bc), for “66D(1)” there is substituted “66CA(1)”;
b
in paragraph (g), for “or 66H above” there is substituted “, 66H, 117N or 117O”.

In subsection (3AA), for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “water supply licensee”.

Subsection (3A) is repealed.
