(1)
Section 17FA (arrangements with the Water Industry Commission for Scotland) (inserted by section 6) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)(a), the words “or a restricted retail authorisation or both” are repealed.
(3)
In subsection (2)(a), the words “or particular authorisations” are repealed.
