11(1)The regulations may require any person—E+W+S
(a)to make records;
(b)to preserve records for a prescribed period;
(c)to provide records to the Regulator on request.
(2)The regulations may provide that section 10 of the Pensions Act 1995 (civil penalties) applies to a person who fails to comply with those requirements.
