Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5) E+W+S

30 E+W+S In section 150 (annual up-rating of benefits), in subsection (1), after paragraph (p) (inserted by Schedule 12 to this Act) insert—

“(q) specified in regulations under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014 (bereavement support payment).”
