69 E+W+S The Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 is amended as follows.

70 (1) Section 42 (disclosure of state pension information) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (3)(d), omit “which is not contracted-out employment”.

(3) In subsection (11), omit the definition of “contracted-out employment”.
