Part 1 E+W+S Amendments to do with new state pension system

Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5) E+W+S

22 (1) Section 155A (power to anticipate pensions up-rating order) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (1)(a)—

(a) for “150 or 150A” substitute “ 150, 150A or 151A ”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (i), after “by way of” insert “ state pension under the Pensions Act 2014, ”.

(3) In subsection (2), after “an award is made of” insert “ a state pension, ”.
