44 E+W+S In section 9(2)(d)(i) of the Opticians Act 1989 (list of bodies corporate carrying on business as opticians) for “a society registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 or” substitute “ a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 or a society registered under ”.
