SCHEDULE 4 E+W+SConsequential amendments

Part 1 E+W+SAmendments of the Credit Unions Act 1979

4 (1) Section 3 (use of name “credit union” etc) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (3D)(b)(ii) for “the 1965 Act” substitute “ the 2014 Act ”.

(3) In subsection (4) for “section 5(5) of the 1965 Act” substitute “ section 10(3) and (4) of the 2014 Act ”.
