13 Fixed penalties

In Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (fixed penalty offences), at the end there is inserted—

“Offence under the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 (c. 7)

Section 11 of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013

Using or keeping heavy goods vehicle if HGV road user levy not paid.”
