10U.K.Where a proposed transfer falling within subsection (5) of section 115 is a transfer of the kind mentioned in subsection (6)(a) of that section, this Schedule has effect in relation to the transfer as if—
(a)paragraph 4(1)(a) were omitted, and
(b)in paragraph 4(6), for the words from “both” onwards there were substituted “ the old company has consented may be made ”.
