12 Section 21 (foreign gender change and marriage)—

(a) after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A) Subsections (2) to (5) apply only in Scotland and Northern Ireland.”;

(b) subsection (2): for “Accordingly,” substitute “In accordance with subsection (1),”.
