Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961 (c. 2) U.K.

3 U.K. In section 1 of the Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961, after subsection (1) there is inserted—

“(1A) This Act is subject to section 18 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (restrictions on benefits provided under existing schemes).”
