Police Pensions Act 1976 (c. 35) U.K.

12 U.K. In section 1 of the Police Pensions Act 1976 (police pensions regulations), after subsection (1) there is inserted—

“(1A) Subsection (1) is subject to sections 18 and 19 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (restrictions on benefits provided under existing schemes).”
