14 (1) In section 65 (interpretation), in subsection (1)— S

(a) before the definition of “the Council” insert—

““the CMA” means the Competition and Markets Authority;

“the CMA Board” has the same meaning as in Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013;”, and”

(b) omit the definition of “the Director”.
