Part 3 U.K.

157 (1) Section 122 (primacy of EU law) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit “or (3)”, and

(b) for “OFT or (as the case may be) the Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “OFT” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”.
