101 (1) Section 59 (intervention by Secretary of State in special public interest cases) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (2), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsection (6)—

(a) for “OFT” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”, and

(b) for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.
