108 U.K. In paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2003 (c. iii) until its repeal by the Traffic Management Act 2004 is fully in force—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(c) omit “which made the order”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (5) for “a district judge” substitute “ the county court ”,

(c) in sub-paragraphs (6), (7) and (8)(d) for “district judge” substitute “ county court ”, and

(d) in sub-paragraph (7) for “he” substitute “ the court ”.
