25 In section 7 (payment of pensions and contributions), in subsection (2)—

(a) omit—

(i) paragraphs (ca) to (cd);

(ii) paragraph (cf);

(b) after paragraph (d) insert—

“(da) a National Crime Agency officer whose service as such is eligible service;”
