Section 4A (variation etc of orders registered in High Court) is amended as follows.

Omit subsection (1) (orders to which section applies).

In subsection (2), and in the title, for “High Court”, in each place, substitute “family court”.

In subsection (2) omit paragraph (a) (including the “and” at the end).
