76(1)Article 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows.
(2)In the first paragraph (2)—
(a)omit the definition of “institution of further education”, and
(b)in the definition of “personnel supplier”, in sub-paragraph (b), omit “or controlled”.
(3)Renumber the second paragraph (2) as paragraph (2A).
(4)Omit paragraph (3).
