68 In section 2 (health service bodies subject to investigation), in subsection (1)—

(a) omit paragraph (a),

(b) omit paragraph (da), and

(c) after paragraph (db) insert—

“(dc) the National Health Service Commissioning Board,

(dd) clinical commissioning groups.”
