100In Schedule 1 to the International Development Act 2002 (statutory bodies with powers under section 9 of that Act)—
(a)before the entry for a Health Board insert—
“the National Health Service Commissioning Board a clinical commissioning group”,
(b)omit the entry for a Primary Care Trust, and
(c)omit the entry for a Strategic Health Authority.
