Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (c. 53) E+W

76 E+W In section 3 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, in subsection (2)(f) (persons ineligible for grants)—

(a) at the beginning insert “the National Health Service Commissioning Board, a clinical commissioning group,”,

(b) omit “a Strategic Health Authority,”, and

(c) omit “, Primary Care Trust”.
