SCHEDULE 4 Amendments of the National Health Service Act 2006

PART 1 The health service in England

6 (1) Section 9 (NHS contracts) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (4)—

(a) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) the Board,

(zb) a clinical commissioning group,”,

(b) omit paragraph (a), and

(c) omit paragraph (b).
