136 (1) Section 272 (orders, regulations, rules and directions) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (3)—

(a) omit paragraph (b), and

(b) omit paragraph (d).

(3) In subsection (5)—

(a) omit “a PCT order, or”, and

(b) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) section 14A(1),”.
