In Schedule 2 (Local Health Boards), in paragraph 9—
(a)
omit “Strategic Health Authorities and”,
(b)
omit “under paragraph 7(8) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service Act 2006 (c. 41) and”, and
(c)
for “that Act” substitute “the National Health Service Act 2006”.
