(1)
Section 65 (persons with whom agreements for provision of primary dental services may be made) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)(g), omit “Primary Care Trust or”.
(3)
In subsection (3), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “NHS employee”, omit “Primary Care Trust or”.
