Section 51 (persons with whom agreements for provision of primary medical services may be made) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)(g), omit “Primary Care Trust or”.
(3)
In subsection (3), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “NHS employee”, omit “Primary Care Trust or”.
