(2)In subsection (3)—
(a)in paragraph (a) omit “or by a Primary Care Trust”, and
(b)in paragraph (b) omit “, a Primary Care Trust”.
(3)In subsection (6) omit “, a Primary Care Trust” in each place it occurs.
(4)In subsection (7), in paragraph (d) omit “, Primary Care Trusts”.
