SCHEDULE 11 Further provision about Monitor’s enforcement powers

PART 1 Discretionary requirements

Payments of penalties etc. into Consolidated Fund

8 Monitor must pay any sums it receives in respect of any of the following into the Consolidated Fund—

(a) a variable monetary penalty and any interest payable on it, or

(b) a non-compliance penalty.
