Variation of reference E+W

1 (1) Monitor may, at any time, by notice given to the [F2 CMA] vary a reference— E+W

(a) by adding to the matters specified in the reference, or

(b) by excluding from the reference some of the matters so specified.

(2) On receipt of a notice under sub-paragraph (1), [F3 the CMA] must give effect to the variation.
