Variation of reference

(1)
Monitor may, at any time, by notice given to the Competition Commission vary a reference—
(a)
by adding to the matters specified in the reference, or
(b)
by excluding from the reference some of the matters so specified.
(2)
On receipt of a notice under sub-paragraph (1), the Commission must give effect to the variation.
